We are limited in refrigerator options because of size, but we love this refrigerator! Is is absolutely silent which made me worry it wasn’t working. Alas, it was .... for a smaller refrigerator, it is very spacious and I love that the drawers and shelves can adjust. Some reviews we read complained about no freezer light, but I find this a non-issue.

GE is a very dependable product, and very attractive. I love the storage bins and shelves. I like the way stainless steel on the front and black on the sides, because it matches all my other appliances.

GE loyal customer very disappointed!

After 25 years of service, my GE PROFILE top freezer refrigerator's defrost heater died. August 2020, Covid affected the distribution/manufacturing chain, so a new fridge wasn't available. ETA were months out. I tried in vein to search for the part but it was no longer available through GE. Searched the internet and did order the part but eta were missed numerous times. Cancelled the part mid November when the fridge became available, Finally the new fridge arrived the day before Thanksgiving. New appliance looks and feels cheap. Bare bones plastic flimsy fruit/produce/deli drawers. GE Definitely lowered the bar on this new design. Freezer and refrigerator doors do not swing close. Must make a conscious decision to close doors. Hate giving up the ability to pull fridge in and out of its space in order to clean behind it. No light in the freezer and less space because you can't place food in front of the self-defrosting panel. Less fridge shelf space due to increased door storage. Because of my kitchen's configuration, my spatial limitations were 67" H x 34 1/2 Wx 32" D, This model did meet my spatial requirements. Also, limited to top freezer models. Very disappointed in quality and design!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the compartments, and space, nice design on the outside, only complaint was cleaning the stainless steel but that has been resolved
