This is a replacement for a 19 yr old unit. GE has always provided excellent products and we wanted the reliability that this refrigerator will provide.

I am very pleased with my new refrigerator so far. My old one lasted 37 years! So I was very particular about choosing a new one. I love the icemaker and the set up inside the refrigerator is perfect.

I am enjoying my new refrigerator. It is a little larger than my old one which is great! The negative is that it is much noisier, I can hear it come on and run while sitting in my living room. I could not hear my old one.
I would recommend this to a friend!
