[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far my favorite refrigerator! I prefer side-by-sides to other designs of refrigerators. My last house had a Samsung side-by-side and I would never buy another Samsung fridge. The amount of space in the fridge is incredible and I feel like I have too much space. I love the in-door cooling feature. I don't have scientific metrics but the temperature seems evenly distributed (much more than I can say of Samsung's). I like the customization for the ice maker but I rarely use it. I'm 6 months into ownership and have only found two minor cons. First, my refrigerator will not connect to the ThinQ app 99% of the time; this doesn't bother me at all. Second, most fridges I've used have three drawers; this one only has two larger drawers and an extra shelf. Because of how spacious it is, this has never been an issue for me.
I like this fridge so much I've convinced two friends/family to get one, too!

Do yourself a favor and purchase any other brand than LG. I purchased my new home 2 years ago and was excited to see that the appliances were sleek and beautiful LG. What a huge disappointment all of the appliances have been! Craft Ice Maker needs to be replaced as it does not work anymore.

3rd time trying to get help from LG- I give up.

Bought this five months ago- took a few months to realize The fridge was poorly built and couldn’t hold anything in the drawers. No help from LG support or customer support. Unimpressed. Best feature can be created with an ice mold.

Vibrates A Lot!

We purchased this refrigerator in July 2020 and had it delivered August 2020. Several days after delivery my husband and I noticed a lot of vibration coming from this fridge. My husband started moving items around to see if the vibration would cease. It took us a few minutes to figure out which item was causing the vibration. Now this happens everyday, and I have to figure out which item(s) to move around. If it's not the fridge making noise, it's the freezer. The film on the Instaview window should be darker because I can see everything in the fridge before I knock. It has no handles, so if you have small kids, you might want to help them when they close the door..2x I got my fingers stuck in the door when closing it. The refrigerator doors (see photo) are also uneven about 5/8"...don't know if that has anything to do with the vibration.

Decent refrigerator with some caveats

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very attractive appliance. It's fairly quiet, but not especially so. The display window is a nice idea, but isn't really much more than a gimmick; that said, I like the extra for concept.
Caveats: 1) stainless front gets dented SUPER easily. 2) ice maker makes awful tasting ice. 3) there's a frost buildup at the top front interior of the freezer that is concerning. 4) I wish it had both a water filter and a water dispenser.
I would recommend this to a friend!
