[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this fridge for 1 month now and we just love it! The outside entry door is ingenious. We access drinks, lunch meat, cheese and condiments so easily without opening the larger heavier main door. This is the access we use the most on the fridge. The fridge is very roomy inside on both the freezer side and cold side. It is easily organized and I can actually find everything as opposed to my old french door fridge. The finish is lovely and matches either dark or light stainless nicely since it is more of a medium silver in color. I paired it with a black stainless oven. It resists smudges and it easily wipes those occasional smudges with only a soft cloth. I like the black tinted glass on the access door. The tap feature for the light is fun but not really necessary to me as i know everything that is available thru that door. Absolutely no complaints about this amazing and attractive fridge!

Very disappointed

Bought this 3 months ago and am very disappointed. Frost and ice build up in the freezer side because the freezer door bounces open and closed every time the refrigerator door closes allowing air to seep in and cause the frost and ice build up. I have owned numerous side by sides and NEVER have any of them done this. Poor quality LG!! I expected better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The price was in my range, the size and space in side the refrigerator was what I was looking for. The only thing I dislike was the power cord ran off the top and not at the back so I had to remove the cabinet over my old refrigerator to get it to work. I really like the view window and how I open the view door only. I would recomment this refrigerator for the price I paid for it.

This refrigerator was a waste of money. The room inside isn’t well used as far as spacing of shelves.. unrealistic. Looks nice with clear view but this product was very poorly made. Stainless steel is very thin and had dents upon arrival. Have only had this for around 4 months and already having cold issues!!!
