Great refrigerator/freezer

I have had this refrigerator for over a year and I love it. It holds so much stuff! I don't think I even knew it had both the craft ice and regular ice makers, and wasn't sure if I would even use the craft ice - but it is great for water bottles. Apparently there are some issues with the craft ice maker but I have to say LG has been very responsive/helpful related to that issue. The only drawback is not enough door storage space but instead it has very large storage drawers so ...

Definitely not made to last

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit in a few years ago. The fridge has some warmer spots inside. Items in the door do not get as cold as the rest of the fridge. Milk, does not get as cold in the door as it does on the regular shelf. The freezer works good. When it comes to the ice maker we have had 3 service calls and 2 replacements. If I had to make the decision again, I would probably choose a different fridge.

For the ice maker issues, it’s important to verify that it’s properly installed and that the water supply line is functioning correctly. Sometimes, ensuring that the temperature settings are correctly adjusted can also help.

No problem for first 4 years

No problem for 4 years then compressor went out. Had purchased 5 year extension warranty & was repaired at no cost. Still waiting on food loss reimbursement
