[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a very good refrigerator. Problem 1, its hard to see what food you have at the very back of the refrigerator.
I put the tall items to the left and small items to the right which helps a little.
The 2nd problem, the door needs to completly open to be able to pull out the bottom storage areas.
3rd, the ice despenser, you need to hold the cup right up against the despenser or the ice goes all over the place.
The Craft Ice which is balls of ice cubes stopped working and had to be replace. Luckily its still under warranty.
Over all its a good refrigerator.

We have had our refrigerator for 2 weeks now and LOVE it. I wasn’t sure about the access door in the front but after trying it I am so glad to have this feature. I love the multiple ice options. I also love the app feature. This is my first LG product and am more than satisfied with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had our LG for a couple of weeks now. The overall appearance is exceptional, and the door within a door is useful for often used items. It also has a craft ice maker in addition to regular ice maker. The craft ice, are in a shape of a pool cue ball. Perfect for cocktails and a fancier look. Both sides are spacious with convenient shelf’s and drawers. Highly recommend this one!

The insides are spacious whihc allows for great organization. I love the app which lets you know what is going on with your fridge. and both ice makers and having filtered water on hand. Havent bought a plastc bottle of water since it was installed.
