It came with the house we purchased. The ice maker doesn’t work. Followed all the You Tube videos about the ice maker. Seems to be a pretty common issue. Tried to sync to ThinQ or whatever it is to troubleshoot and that didn’t work either. I do like the door in door. Very handy. Looking to replace this behemoth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a very good refrigerator. Problem 1, its hard to see what food you have at the very back of the refrigerator.
I put the tall items to the left and small items to the right which helps a little.
The 2nd problem, the door needs to completly open to be able to pull out the bottom storage areas.
3rd, the ice despenser, you need to hold the cup right up against the despenser or the ice goes all over the place.
The Craft Ice which is balls of ice cubes stopped working and had to be replace. Luckily its still under warranty.
Over all its a good refrigerator.
