My family purchased this refrigerator just over 2 years ago. The compressor went out and it has been a super strenuous process to get it rectified. The customer support staff have been nice but the process to get it replaced seems too much. Over all the refrigerator was just a little on the loud side in general. I am not sure we would purchase another due the short life span and taxing process to get a resolution.

We love the simplicity of the fridge; The clean black stainless steel look is quite classy. The double-tap feature on the door to see the contents is quite cool. Good utilization of space inside with the linear shelf lines; the doors are smooth and easy to operate. The craft ice feature is amazing. The installation process was quick and nicely done ( and the haul away) and this added to the positive experience we have had so far.
