The compressor sucks on these models

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our refrigerator December 29,2020 by September 2021 after going grocery shopping and spending a lot of money on food the freezer stopped working all the food went bad took a month for it to be repaired now April 2022 freezer isn’t cooling again. Highly upsetting and would NEVER recommend LG refrigerators after spending so much money on a nice brand new refrigerator and not being reimbursed! Absolutely ridiculous!!! This is a lemon refrigerator!!

Door in door feature is nice but I had to have the door replaced because it did not latch properly. I like the craft ice feature and overall look of the appliance. I am not impressed with the quality of the components (drawers, shelves, etc.) as it seems that these items are being built as throw away items.
