Love the craft ice, love the small ice cubes not the banana shaped ones in old fridge. I love how deep shelves are keeps everything cold really well. The door shelves keep things cold as well. Love the serve door how you don’t have to open up the whole Fridge to get a drink. Grandkids love how you knock on the serve door to see what is in the fridge. Also this past weekend figured out how to lock water and ice in door. It is in fridge on side where control unit is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the refrigerator for 2 months now and so far it has been a major improvement over our old one and works flawlessly. For the most part the design is great, but there are a few elements that you should be prepared to accept. No dealbreakers, but good to know up front. 1) the doors must be fully extended open to pull out the bottom drawers, 2) the regular ice maker, which we have yet to use doesn't seem that efficient (we have a stand alone different brand nugget ice maker), and 3) the deeper shelves will probably lead you to getting pull-out bins to maximize storage capacity. Huge fan of the custom ice spheres, amount of storage space overall, and gimmicky but awesome viewable front door. I hope the refrigerator lasts awhile, but in case it didn't I bought the extended warranty. Overall, I'd reccommend.

Great features, if it cooled

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in may 2020, ran great for around four months, but I’ve cream was always a little soft. In late September it got to barely freezing, hovering around 30 def F. No one in my area could repair it so lg waited to replace it for 2.5 months.

Beautiful and Well-Designed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this one month ago and are SUPER happy! The unit is beautiful and very well designed for optimal storage. Each feature is very useful from the shelving and crisper bins. The extra door on the front of the refrigerator is so handy - we use it constantly and we do not have to open the main refrigerator door. It holds so much food and the lighting is bright so you can easily see everywhere within the unit. The full storage gallon bins on the door allow us to keep multiple gallon jugs. That is very helpful for our family of 4. The ice maker works quietly and quickly and is always full. I enjoy the off switch on the ice maker as well for when we are traveling. Easy to clean and spectacular to look at - we are very happy with our purchase. I love it has wheels which allow easy movement around the kitchen when placing into the kitchen. The unit can barely be heard - nice and quiet. It is very easy to install the water line too as a beginner. I would HIGHLY recommend this refrigerator. I have never been disappointed with an LG appliance.
