It runs so quietly that I have to put my ears close to it to make sure it is working. The glass door is so unique and practical that I must brag about it to my visitor. After a month I have not had any notable issues with finger smudges on the surface. The timing of the door open alarm is shorter than I would like. It goes off a lot while stocking food after a grocery run. The unit is quiet and without changing the factory settings, the contents are kept at expected temps.

That being said, this was perfect for what I need. It has side by side functionality, which in my opinion is much easier than the top/bottom "flipped" (from old school fridge bottom/freezer top appliances) and better managed spacing inside. The door function is cool, if I need something quickly I can use the front panel to get what I need. I have had no issues with this product and I'm looking forward to years of good use.

You can knock on it to see inside (automatically turns light off if you dont knock a second time after a minute). I keep cold drinks in this part of the refrigerator for quick access. The only thing I wish it had, would be more door storage bins on the freezer side. It has 3, one more would have fit and made it even better.
