Have had refrigerator less than a year and it’s not working at all. It’s taken months to try to resolve with LG and I keep getting the run around and being passed from person to person. This experience has been traumatizing.

Defective Refrigerator

I bought this model in July and returned it a few days later. It was forming a condensation on the top (ceiling) of the inside of the freezer. The icy patch was the size of a saucer and was constantly forming each time I would remove it. You could see where it would be wet then freeze up the slight dripping. The service tech, whoever he worked for was useless and offered no solution!
