I have had replacement parts here at my house for a week or more but the service tech is not schedule till Dec 16, 2021. This is not good customer support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fridge overall, but there are definitely a couple of kinks to work out.
First, the left door doesn't always engage the middle transition when opening so when you close it after the right door it'll slam. You have to adjust it manually or close it first.
Second, the bottom drawer (meat/deli) doesn't come out all the way and has a weird top that you can halfway lift. It's not very useful unfortunately.
Third, the freezer drawer where the craft ice bucket sits in isn't flat. Seems to bend with the temperature and makes the basket not fit correctly. This does not create an issue for me, or at least hasn't so far, but could be a problem down the road if I decide to use that drawer more for freezing other items.
Fourth, and most annoying, the craft ice is horrible. It's great that I have a half assed sphere that I can use as everyday, but certainly would not use it for a party. I had read some of the other comments about the flat bottoms, I assumed they were from sitting there however that is not the case. The ice maker makes them like that, which is a massive design flaw.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving my new LG refrigerator. The space in it is incredible. I am discovering new things every day. I usually get ice from the door but had some friends over one day. They went into the freezer and my ice are baseball round sized. :) I thought someone played a joke on me and they thought I was them. Love it!!! The only thing I am disappointed in is the door where the ice and water dispenser is. I find it too thin to really put anything in it.

I bought this in March of this year. After 2 weeks, the craft ice maker stopped working. After COVID subsided a bit, a repair person is on the way after multiple back-and-forths with the company (yes, I DID watch all the videos, yes, I did try everything). Now a few months later I had to replace the water filter (thanks LG for the emails). Replaced with a genuine part that mapped to the number for the unit, and bam! Water all over the floor, all over the inside of the unit. No matter how you screw it in, it spits it out every time and gushes a bit.
I just hate this thing, and it was really expensive. Repair person coming to fix the ice maker in the freezer this week; now hoping I can get any ice at all. At this price point this is a horrible experience. I'm hoping that the repair person can get this to work as it was intended. I've spend far too many hours tinkering with what is supposed to be a luxury appliance, but actually isn't.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
