[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fridge overall, but there are definitely a couple of kinks to work out. First, the left door doesn't always engage the middle transition when opening so when you close it after the right door it'll slam. You have to adjust it manually or close it first. Second, the bottom drawer (meat/deli) doesn't come out all the way and has a weird top that you can halfway lift. It's not very useful unfortunately. Third, the freezer drawer where the craft ice bucket sits in isn't flat. Seems to bend with the temperature and makes the basket not fit correctly. This does not create an issue for me, or at least hasn't so far, but could be a problem down the road if I decide to use that drawer more for freezing other items. Fourth, and most annoying, the craft ice is horrible. It's great that I have a half assed sphere that I can use as everyday, but certainly would not use it for a party. I had read some of the other comments about the flat bottoms, I assumed they were from sitting there however that is not the case. The ice maker makes them like that, which is a massive design flaw.

However, my only complaint is the craft ice maker that needed to be replaced 5 times. Hopefully with the new design to the craft ice maker this will be the last. The technician from LG who did the repair seemed competent and knew of the problem and the fix.

I have owned the fridge for half a year. In that time I have had to reset the craft ice maker countless times, It is now to the point in month seven that it will not rest or produce ice. This was the singular reason for purchasing this brand! It is worthless at this point.
