I know this is confusing, however, if you are looking at one, you will be pleasantly suprised. We are pleased this purchase.

However, my only complaint is the craft ice maker that needed to be replaced 5 times. Hopefully with the new design to the craft ice maker this will be the last. The technician from LG who did the repair seemed competent and knew of the problem and the fix.

Our new LG refrigerator is not only very functional but a beautiful addition to our newly remodeled kitchen. I really like the two ice makers and the option of size on the ball ice cubes and the ability to open a door just to grab the milk or drinks instead of opening the whole door.
