Replacement Craft ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Craft ice maker stopped working, LG sent another craft ice maker. After only a couple months, the replacement craft ice maker stopped working. Tried everything recommended and it still doesn’t work. I don’t recommend getting one as there seems to be an issue with the design. Other than that, we like our fridge. Runs quiet, love the cold filtered water in the door. All that being said, it was really nice having craft ice, even if it was only for a short time.

When the Craft Ice maker stops producing, confirming the freezer is set to 0°F, ensuring the ice maker is switched on, and giving the unit a full 24–48 hours after a reset can help the system cycle properly.
