Fun set, lots of play value

This is really a nice set. Kids built in about 1.5 hours. So far we have only built the toy shop and bakery. Few opinions:
Pros
Good instructions
All 3 builds good
Kids like the set'
Looks fairly easy to modify into a larger building with a few extra bricks
Colors are good
Side build rocket ride works just like last years give away.

Cons
Toy shop build, 2nd level door won't open all the way (hits railing)
Few windows came out of the box scratched up. Shipping issue probable.

Recommend this product if you have kids or looking for a nice small building to add to your collection.

One of the best of 2020

This set is one of LEGO's best sets. Although it is not in the City theme, it is better than many of the city sets for our own city. Highly recommend. Hopefully LEGO makes more sets like this one.

We're gonna need a bigger Toy Store

I liked this set so much that I bought another one to eventually try my hand a making a bigger MOC of it. I'm always delighted when flowers and trees are part of the build. The flowers on the townhouse along with the architectural details make this set for me. I also like the train as a sign over the toyshop door. My only wish is to upsize this build to better fit with the large modular buildings.
I would recommend this to a friend!
