Love the Long-Slot Toaster

I was given this item to test and give my opinion a few weeks ago. I have to admit I didn't have especially high expectations but was pleasantly surprised when I received the toaster. It is the same width as a standard toaster, but a little bit longer as it is for 4 slices at a time. I happen to feed my kids sourdough toast regularly and the slices are irregular and long - with this toaster I can just slip them in and forget about it. I toasted bagels without them getting stuck (as often happens in my old toaster) and toaster waffles, just to name a few. Every time my items came out evenly toasted and crisp without burn lines or uneven patches. It looks great on my kitchen counter (love the stainless steel) and I like that I can simply push a button to change from "bagel" to "frozen" or simply "cancel" if necessary. I would definitely recommend this item to anyone with kids.

Quality Toaster

This toaster is a great addition to any kitchen. It comes out of the box and greats you with a smooth clean look that I like a lot. The brushed steel is very nice. It is very accommodating when it comes to needing to toast multiple items or on really long items. It provides even toasting and is easy to use. A simple slide temp setting and two other toasting options comes in handy. I used this on bread, bagels, English muffins, and Eg*o waffles. All of them came out great. There is a couple of things that I will mention. The waffle was a bit too tall for the toaster (even though they are pretty small) and part of the top sticks out and doesn't toast. So watch out for tall food that you need toasted. The only other thing is that both side turn on every time. This means two long sides are heated up for a single piece of bread. Not a huge issue. With all that in mind I'm very happy with this Oster 4 slice toaster and would recommend it to those in the market for an upgrade. *Disclaimer* I received this products as a sample in return for my honest opinion on the quality and performance of it. I have been using oster toaster about 3 weeks back and I have been using this since then. Firstly, I love the stainless steel look of the outer body. All buttons are at convenient place for ease of use. It is very spacious to toast 4 breads at a time. It is even convenient to toast beagles too. Toaster toasts both side equally. Time taken to toast is also not long. Over all I love this toaster. Disclaimer: I received sample toaster to review.

Very Good Toaster

tried this toaster numerous times. Does a very good job of toasting all four slices of bread/bagel. Beware it is large but looks very nice with the stainless steel finish. I would definitely recommend it for those requiring multiple toasting capabilities! I received this product as a sample to review and it works great.

I received this toaster a free sample. Initially I was skeptical of a four-slice toaster with only two openings. However, I was pleasantly surprised with ghd versatility of this product! In addition to standard bread slices, I was able to toast over-sized slices with ease!

Looks great but takes a while to toast items

I received the Oster long slotted toaster as a sample to review. The appearance of the toaster is very nice; it blends in well with existing stainless steel appliances. Depending on the cost point would be whether I would dictate this as a good buy. If you are purchasing for family use, having the long slots would be beneficial for saving time. I was surprised at how long it took items to toast, however, compared to other toasters I have used. I can't say I was overly impressed with this toaster compared to others, but it certainly does look nice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have recently used the Oster 4-slice long-slot toaster and loved it. It cooked my bread evenly each time. I love how it's long and doesn't take up to much counter top space. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that is in the market for a new toaster.I received this product to sample and would love to sample more products like this in the future!

Large toaster that has worked well for me thus far. It is definitely meant for a larger family. The dual slots must be used at the same time; no option to heat one side alone. Probably a better smaller options out there for a single gal like myself. Does heat up very quickly! Could use as a space heater as warm as it felt a few feet away.
