Unique Configuration

I am overall happy with the quality of this toaster. It was a little unusual looking when first taking it out of the box, with the two extra large slots. However, it didn't take too long to get used to it. It toasts food very effectively and evenly for me and the different settings work as they are designed to. The only negative that I would identify with the product is that the cord is a little too short. Because of the large size of the toaster, it is awkward to have on the counter. Having a longer cord would allow this to be placed in a more convenient area. I rate this toaster 4 of 5 stars. Note: I was given this toaster as a in-house trial to sample.

DON’T BUY

I bought this toaster 1 month ago to replace our previous 4 slice Oster toaster which we had for 22 years!! Our toaster lasted through 5 boys and we loved it. This new one burns the edges EVERY SINGLE TIME! Does not matter the setting and the center is not toasted. Such poor quality from this brand. Don’t waste your money!

Large and stylish toaster but cheaply made

This is a great looking toaster and would be right for someone who needs to do a lot of quick toasting, maybe for a large family. It takes up too much countertop space for me to be worth keeping. The toasting quality is sub-par resulting in uneven toasting. One side of my toaster doesn’t line bread in the center but leans it to one side making one side way more done than the other. The other slot is fine, so I think the company’s quality control is lacking. If both slots are centered it does okay but seems to toast thicker bread and bagels better than thin slices which get burnt around the edges. Overall this toaster is cheaply constructed and there are probably better similar products out there. You get what you pay for!

Osler 4 slice long slot Toaster

I just had a few weeks owning this product but I am already in love with it. The two long and wide slots are the best feature. My old toaster had four slots but they were very thin and my bread didn't used to fit in properly. Sometimes I had to cut the bread in half if it was too thick or cut the sides of the bread if the bread size was too long. This new toaster by Osler is just perfect, the extra long and wide spots can fit in any kind and size of bread in it. It is very modern looking and looks perfect in my new kitchen. I would recommend it to anyone who is in the market to buy a new toaster.

Worst toaster ever

This is the worst toaster I’ve ever used. It burns around the edges and the middle is barely toasted, and one side is cooked more than the other.

Red wire has failed after 2 months

Normally reliable product as others attest. The red wire failed at the connection to the toaster element. I repaired it and it’s failed again. Please contact me to get replacement wire. Thank you.

Simple to use with great features

Overall a great product. It has a couple different features-frozen & bagel. I really like the frozen feature, as I frequently freeze my bread or bagels to preserve them. This makes it easy to prepare right in the toaster. It's a big longer than I'd like, I prefer a side-by-side to be shorter, but this is just due to counter constraints. It took a couple times to gauge the darkness/toasting level, but once I figured out where I prefer it, it was wonderful. Frozen slices aren't soggy and they are heated and toasted thoroughly without being burnt. Overall a great toaster and very easy to use. *Disclaimer: I received this product as a sample and was asked to give an honest review.
