Laptop is very light, the processor is exactly what I wanted, and so far I have enjoyed signing in with either my finger.
The only thing I would have liked to have seen would have been another USB port even a 2. 0. However since I knew how many ports there were when I bought it I guess I shouldn't complain much.

It is very good computer. I purchased it a month ago. I have been very busy using it for my business college program - online courses. I used T490s in the first half of the year when I was working in a big company. I loved it and that is why I bought this T495s. The core is Ryzen 7, not intel. I had doubt about it. But it works really well so far. I need to take some time to explore more about my laptop after my busy semester as I haven't tried other functions, such as touch screen - I am not sure it is available or how it works though it is not a matter to me.

Disappointed in mircrosoft package. No support. Can't receive emails. Support number states for my convenience support moved to webpage, but its not a webpage just inquires from customers wondering how to use/fix microsoft. Waste of $.

Bought this after owning a 6 year old gaming laptop. While it's performance in graphics is much more cut back, the ryzen 5 3500u performs very nicely, no complaints (~1383 on cinebenchR20 so not too thermally bottlenecked). I didn't realize the igpu took away 1-2gb of the 8gb ram so I'm usually close to running out of ram. Otherwise it's what I wanted, a laptop geared towards battery life (I get 7-9hrs on light load) and light enough to carry with 1 hand
