Issues with the laptop, but good customer service

The speakers buzz unless the recording is perfect, so it buzzes for zoom meetings, lectures, etc. Also it would not connect to my dvi/vga monitor (to extend desktop), and there are very expensive adapters on the lenovo page. I had a very hard time contacting customer service, but once I did get through, they were excellent about it, and agreed to replacing the laptop and also agreed to let me try the adapter to see if it fixes the problem. I have hope to end up with a good computer after this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
