So far promising results!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited for this hair remover and it did not disappoint!!!! I have struggled with excess hair for years ! I pluck my face daily and have to wax my upper lip about every week or so. I have light skin but dark sometimes thick hair. Given my personal struggle with hair removal I was hesitant to get excited by this product until I had seen results.
So far I have used it about 4 weeks(once a week) and have noticed more of a difference on my chin than my upper lip or sides of my face. But the hairs have so far seemed to come in thinner and are easier to remove. I have also used it on the tops on my feet and have noticed a difference in those areas.
The tool is easy to hold and easy to switch out the attachment’s depending on which areas are being done (precision, standard, or wide).
It is quick to use - taking less time than waxing or going somewhere for laser removal or to be waxed. There is a sensor on both sides that tell you when it is ready to use and when it it properly in contact with your skin. It also has a “sensitive” feature for more sensitive areas or when using it for the first time.
It isn’t painful at all, which was a nice surprise because I expected it to be uncomfortable.
The only downfall is that it is tough to tell which area you used it on as you go along because you can’t really tell where it lines up to exactly. Overall not a big deal, just means I go over some areas twice if it overlaps.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect & Affordable Alternative to Shaving

I don’t like shaving at all, so I’ve spent a lot of money on wax removal, laser hair removal and a variety of razors, on the market. I’ve read so many reviews for this IPL device from Braun, so I was
very excited for the opportunity to test it out. They have created several options, based on your skin tone, to choose from. for I’ve been using mine, PL3221, little over a month now and I absolutely love this. I love that it isn’t as painful as laser or wax removal. I also don’t have to worry about ingrown hairs or rashes afterwards. I haven’t noticed a huge difference, because it takes a couple of months for optimal results. I would definitely recommend this IPL device to all of my family and friends.

This product works and saves time

It works for me! I am of Filipino and Puerto Rican background, so my skin can range from very pale to very tanned depending on sun exposure. However, I hated wearing shorts because I used to have to shave my legs twice a day for them to feel smooth, so they remained a very pale color while my hair is very dark. After using the Braun Silk Pro every three weeks since July, I now only have to shave my legs every four days or so. My husband is shocked at the difference. It’s been life changing.

The color chart is misleading !

My complexion is between 3 & 4 in winter or 4 in summer (according to your chart). I am unable to use this device on my face because it flashes red. I bought this device especially because it was advertised as suitable for my skin tone. Very disappointing !

Long lasting results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always hated the whole process of shaving. I could never get used to shaving bumps, cuts, rashes, and Irritating Ingrown hair. I decided to try the at-home laser treatment. I was a bit Spectacle at first but finally gave in. The process is pretty simple and the results are long-lasting it was no pain easy to use and the results are amazing.

I’m definitely not lacking hair and was looking for a hair removal solution that’s easy to use, low maintenance and truly works. So far, I’m really impressed. I’m 4 weeks in and already seeing a difference. I‘ve noticed a definite decrease in hair growth and the hair seems to be much finer than it was before I began. The unit is easy to us with thorough, straightforward directions to guide you through the weekly process. There are 2 treatment modes, gliding and stamping depending upon the area you are treating and size of the area you are covering. So far, I’m thrilled with the Pro 3! A third of the way through, I’ve found the process to be painless, extremely easy and it truly seems to be working!
