Charging is quick and last for many hours. As long as my charging case stays charged, I never have a dead battery. Superior quality, cannot say more.

I took them out of the box and Paired them up to the phone, which was super easy. They have a small compact carrying case and different sizes of ear covers to choose from so they can be customized to fit your ear. Very easy to answer your phone, and the sound is so clear to hear what the caller is saying to you and also very clear on the callers end. I would highly recommend these to anyone in the market for ear buds.

Poor Fit and Will Not Connect to Windows 10 Laptop

I own two LG mobile phones and they are great. So, after having difficulties with a different set of earbuds, I ordered these. The prompt delivery during these COVID-19 days was appreciated. The fit is terrible. They feel like they will fall out and I am just sitting at my desk. Also, I bought these for Zoom calls and the bluetooth will not connect with my Windows 10 Laptop (Alienware 15) or my Chromebook. The connect very quickly with my LG phone but I dare not move or else they will fall out of my ear.

Good concept not great results

I've had two pairs of LG tones before this and I've always been happy with the product. I like the size and the fit are decent on this pair. The sound quality is average. My big complaint is I lose calls all the time. I'm losing calls multiple times on a daily basis for no reason at all. I will check to make sure battery power is good and I'm always 75% or more above. Very disappointed with the drop calls.
