Great Sound but Average Overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review. The first pair of earbuds I received had the name printed upside down on the right earbud. The right earbud also didn’t fit in my ear properly and thus the sound was muffled.
I received a new pair a week later. My review will be based on the new (correct) pair I received. The sound is great on the earbuds! I also really think the UV feature is cool, although I can’t really confirm whether it’s really killing the germs...
The earbuds are a little bulky. While they haven’t fallen out of my ears yet, I’m always a little cautious that they might because of how big they are.
The “buttons” to pause/play/answer/reject are really sensitive to touch. I have accidentally rejected calls trying to answer or have paused music when trying to put my hair behind my ear.
The earbuds are pretty pricey. I wouldn’t have purchased these on my own as there are other earbuds in the market at a lower price point.
Overall, the sound quality is great and is a cool alternative to other earbuds out there. It would be nice if LG also sold cases/clips for the earbud case. It’s too bulky to carry in my pocket and could be easily lost without clipping it somewhere.

Amazing sound, but in ear comfort is a drawback

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first glance, excitement hits you at the potential for a quality product. This quickly is not realized as the design holds it back. The first few encounters wearing the buds, it is quite clear comfort will be a problem. In the case for my husband and myself, these were not comfortable. They just simply do not sit well in the ear. Silicone covers are provided in various sizes to help with adjustment, but again, these simply made no difference. A few days in we were able to finally be satisfied with the left earpiece, but there was no way to get the right one adjusted to any satisfaction.
Another big draw back is the touch sensitivity. As an active person, a brush with my hair causes the touch controls to stop/pause the audio. Very annoying indeed.
Getting past the cons, a major pro is sound quality. Hands down, AMAZING!! Cannot quite be expressed in words, but is immersive, sharp, clear, and powerful.
UV self cleaning is available. One feature I didn't even know I could/would need, but is definitely a pro and why not.
Untested was the Google assistant compatibility. Just simply not a need or a big concern for us to have.
Overall physical design is also impressive. Love the glossy black finish and black is definitely more preferred than white. The storage case serves as both protection and the functionality of being the charging station as well. Sleek and cute design.
Final thoughts: If you are the lucky few where this design happens to simply fit your ears, you will be quite happy with the product. If you are on the unlucky side, the fact of having these fall out and losing them will always be in the back of your mind. You simply cannot have quick movements or quick head jerks as these will fall/fly and be lost.
Final, final thoughts: I believe a minor tweak to design or the silicone covers to help with comfort will greatly improve this product. Touch sensitivity will also need balancing. I am also not against the idea that the pair received may simply just be from a bad batch or first run production. Happy to be re-reviewing this for a version 2 or 3.

Quality Headphones

These headphones were a pleasant surprise in terms of quality and function. They sound truly amazing. I upgraded from the LG HBS820 to these, and I thought my old headphones sounded good. But these totally blew them away.
First, let's talk about initial setup. The headphones were packaged well and included the charging case, charging cable, and 3 different sized earpieces, with the smallest size pre-installed. Immediately upon opening the case for the first time they will enter pairing mode. If you have an android phone with bluetooth on it will detect them and, upon successful pairing, it will link them to your google account and ask if you want to enable google assistant, which I recommend highly.
Next, let's cover fit. As mentioned previously, there are 3 size options to choose from. I tried the mediums, but my ears hurt after a bit, which told me they were too big. Although I thought the small size felt too loose, they were actually perfect. As you try them out, think about what you feel is best for all-day comfort. That's the goal with the design of these headphones.
Battery life is about what you should expect. I didn't do any true stress test, but they are rated to last 6 hours and I feel that's about right. I've not had any issues with this as I just put them back in the case when I'm done, which tops up the battery as long as your case is charged and turns them off so your phone doesn't hang on to the bluetooth connection.
Call quality seems to be pretty good. I've not had any complaints from others and I'm on the phone almost daily with them. Something to note though is that I use either the right or left, but not both, when I'm on a call. I don't really like hearing other people in stereo since I'm not accustomed to it. So just keep one of them in the case if you want to do this which will ensure it doesn't connect to your phone.
Friendly tip if you're connecting these to multiple devices: to enter pairing mode again put them in the case and press and hold the button on the left side of the case until the blue led starts blinking (about 5 seconds).
In summary, I think these are totally worth the price. Although I usually wait for sales on electronics, and rarely am I a first adopter, I'm glad I took the plunge and purchased these.

Comfortable, Easy to Clean, Fast Charging!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these earbuds. They charge incredibly fast and lasts for hours. Also, they are extremely comfortable. I love how LG packaged 3 different silicone covers with the earbuds to ensure it fits well. Also, being a germaphobe, I sincerely appreciate the UVNano function. Anything that cleans itself is amazing but to have less germs and less worry makes life good. If I have to clean the case, it is easy because it is shallow enough for me to be able to wipe it with a microfiber cloth.
The set up was super easy. The ear buds connected automatically and had a full charge so I was able to start using them right away. Also, every time I plug them into my ear, they get recognized immediately and I have not had any connection issues whatsoever, unlike another pair of earbuds I own. Also, the case is really nice. It makes me feel like I am opening a black jewelry box. Thank you LG for making a great pair of head buds that are cooperative, comfortable, and clean!

It's so nice to bluetooth into my smart phone or laptop and listen to my music. I also love that they are wireless that way you can be a lot more mobile and not have worry about cords being hooked into your device. These earbuds also hold a charge for a very long time . I love the portable charging case they come with. They are very easy to charge you simply put the earbuds into the case and plug the attached hdmi cord in.
