Beautiful design and works well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This countertop oven has been the perfect addition to my appliances. It has 6 different functions (reheat, keep warm, bake, broil, convection and even rotisserie!). You can easily change the function with the turn of the dial. There are two buttons below the dial that allow you to increase or decrease the time and temperature and a start/stop button below those. The digital face allows for easy display of the function and temperature being used. This is a very user friendly appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this digital counter top oven. It’s great for making pizza or roasting bread!!! It cooks evenly over everything! I love the keep warm option as well it great for keeping a dish warm while I cook other sides. I also love the Rotisserie option it cooks my chicken evenly and beautifully!!! You can pretty much do anything in this oven that you can do in a bigger one just on a smaller scale and you don’t have to heat up the whole kicthen to do it!! Plus it looks great on my countertop!

Perfect Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this oven. I can bake, broil, make a rotisserie chicken with out my kitchen heating up like my stove does. This will be great in the summer! I have baked cookies, sweet breads, a roast and baked chicken! Everything came out perfect! It is easy to use and wipe up. It has a large capacity . I had 2 regular sized loaves and there was room to spare! It holds 2 pizzas! It comes with a drip pan and 2 racks! The style is great! Hamilton Beach products are always high quality. This company thinks of everything when designing products from ease of use to style to what consumers need.

Hamilton Beach XL Digital Countertop Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this on Super Bowl Sunday. Was able to cook my mushrooms, crab rangoon, mozzarella sticks all at once saving me time, works very well and didn't heat my small kitchen up, making it much easier for me to deep fry my chicken strips

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my item about a week and a half ago and so far so good! Im IN LOVE with this countertop oven! It has all the features one might need during cooking or baking such as keep warm, bake, convection oven amongst a few others including being able to rotisserie a whole chicken! Our home made french fries came out perfectly brown and crispy. I like that if you set the oven to a certain temp, you can watch the temp rise on the digital LCD and your cooking time won't begin until you ask it to start. Very functional and very easy to use, sleek and modern design and very well built. I was pleasantly surprised at how lightweight this oven is and makes it easy to move around should you need to. All in all, this is my new favorite appliance and I have already recommended this product to many of my friends and co workers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this size! Great for baking larger pizzas. I can actually air-fry using the convection feature. The drip tray makes for easy clean-up. I also love the Keep Warm feature, we seem to never be able to eat at the same time!

Excellent all in one countertop oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I would like to thank Hamilton Beach for allowing me to test and review the XL Digital Counter-top Oven and it could not have come at a better time since my convection counter-top oven just quit working.
The first thing my family wanted to try was making frozen pizzas and I have to admit they came out just as good as using our full size oven. The crust was evenly cooked underneath and the cheese was evenly melted and did not have any hot spots like in a my old convection oven. Next day I wanted to test and see how the XL counter-top oven would perform with bake wear so we made a breakfast bake and it turned out equally perfect just like the pizzas from the day before. Since the cooking time for the breakfast bake was over an hour this was a true test of how evenly the oven cooked without burning the food underneath, on sides or the top surface areas. The last test we tried with the new counter-top oven was baking brownies and just like the pizzas and breakfast bake they came out perfect as if they were baked in our larger oven. In all of the years and countless counter-top ovens we have owned this is by far the best one and gets 5 stars. Keep in mind this is a larger oven than a typical counter-top convection oven but it does exactly what your large kitchen oven does without heating up the kitchen and using as much electricity.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very versatile!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't use a *regular* oven all that much, mostly justly the stovetop burners, so this oven is a perfect addition to my kitchen. Even though it's the same interior size as the one I'm replacing, I notice that it has a slightly smaller footprint, so I actually gained an inch or two of precious countertop footprint. Speaking of interior is huge, bigger than it looks! My favorite function is the rotisserie, which is easy to set up and use. You can do about a 5 lb chicken or turkey breast and it comes out with crisp, golden skin while the meat is juicy.
function itslef makes the appliance worthwhile, but I also love the convection cooking feature ( you really don't need an air fryer taking up counter space!). It has a reheat and keep warm function ( great for those that need to proof bread dough), along with bake, broil....it does it all, no need to fire up the big oven. For pizza lovers, you can fit 2 12-inch pizzas inside, and the shelves are removable and adjustable. Great for baking normal sized cakes and baked goodies, cookies, etc. You can toast 6-8 slices of bread at once, too, so no need for a separate toaster. The controls are pretty intuitive and the LED screen is easily readable. I wouldn't be without this, after using it.
