Easy to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hamilton Beach Premium Bread Maker with Fruit and nut dispenser is easy to use and has been fun for the family. I have had a few bread machines throughout the years but this one has been the easiest to use thus far. I have made a loaf of white bread and a cinnamon raisin bread to date. I also used it to make dough for pizza. The manual gives good instruction however, I do wish it had more recipes. I like the convenient fruit and nut dispenser and the kids love watching in the window as the bread kneads and proofs. If you are in the market for a bread maker look no further this one is perfect. are in the market for a bread maker look no further this one is perfect.

The Hamilton Beach Premium Bread Maker with Fruit and Nut Dispenser has the ability to make bread from 1 pound loaf to 2 pound loaf. It also has the ability to add fruit and nuts to bread (think Banana Bread or Cinnamon Raisin Bread) at the optimal time.
It's so easy to use: Add the ingredients in order of the recipe, water first - yeast last, set the type of bread you are making and hit Start! That it! The machine takes care of all the mixing, kneading, rising and baking! A few hours later, fresh bread!

I love having fresh baked bread in the house again. It’s going to be fantastic in the summer when I don’t want to turn on the oven and heat up the kitchen.
From the recipe booklet that came with the bread maker I’ve made the basic white, whole wheat, pizza dough and the cranberry orange pecan sweet bread. They all came out perfect and the aromas in the house are wonderful.
Naturally the next recipe had to be the booklets strawberry jam. Game changer! So easy and it smelled heavenly. No more high fructose store bought jams for me. I can’t wait to experiment with other fruit combinations when fresh fruits are in season.
Hmmm, perhaps I know what everyone will be getting for Christmas.
I used the delayed start for a seeded rye bread so it would be fresh baked for breakfast. The bread maker is very quiet so it didn’t disturb our sleep. But the smell of fresh baked bread got us up. Combine that with a programmable coffee maker and Sunday morning was perfect.
The bread slides out of the baking pan so easily. Popped right out!
It was super easy to clean too. A little soak and swish was all it took.
The only minor issue I had was that some of nuts for the sweet bread didn’t fall into the dough from the automatic dispenser. Some ended up under the baking pan. No problem. Since it alerts you with a beep when the dispenser opens you can just add the nuts and dried cranberries yourself at the right time. And opening the lid doesn’t interfere with the program which I was happy to discover.
Design - nice sleek stainless appearance. I was worried it would look to big on the countertop or take up too much space but I found the perfect place for it. Tucked into the corner when not in use and just slide it out when ready to bake. Super easy to use and very convenient.
