EASY TO USE

TURBO TAX was easy to follow the instructions. simple easy to understand questions. Did not like the fact that only the federal tax was free to e-file and not the state tax but it does give you the option to mail if you like to save some money.

Feel it covered everything I needed. only wanted to pay for the audit and would not
let me, page too big couldn't get to the submit button so had to deduct 39.99 from my refund

First time in 10 years of GOOD, 2019 BAD

After being told that their were no errors and I was ready to file my federal form electronically and my state form by mail I tried to do both. I filed my federal and was told that it was rejected because of an error. I tried 5 times trying to find the error; each time being reported " no errors found" ready to file. I am 85 and so frustrated that I feel I'm going to have a nervous brake down. HELP me file my taxes

This year was far easier than in the past even though my return was more complicated. The price was well worth it with the reliability and ease of use exceptional.

Software update does not work

For the first time in 20+ years I am considering using a different tax preparation software other than TurboTax due to software update issue.
