be careful with your state return

While I have used Turbo Tax for several year and have never had a problem, I did experience a problem with it completing and filing my 2018 State of Illinois Return. I had moved out of state in 2018 and file part year resident return. Turbo tax computed an inaccurate tax due amount that resulted in paying a penalty. I was able to determine how to make a claim on that "guaranteed completed right" guarantee.

TURBO TAX WAS EASY TO WORK WITH AND ASKED ME QUESTIONS WHICH MADE FEEL COMFORTABLE I WAS DOING IT CORRECTLY AND GETTING MY MAXIMUM REFUND
