Tried and True, Again!

I have used TurboTax since it was introduced. There has never been a problem in form completion, filing, or communications about status of my return. As long as the TurboTax program is offered, I will be a customer.
What's great about it: Completely detailed, caught typo.
What's not so great: Obscure questions could be a list not separate screens.

AGI request

It would be helpful if Turbo Tax would cite that the previous years AGI is needed earlier in the filing process so that one can collect all documents prior to starting.
What's great about it: Walks through every step of filing process
What's not so great: Asking for the AGI at the end of the filing is suboptimal; it would be helpful if the need for AGI cited early

Simple but thorough

I have used turbotax for years and have gotten good value for the money I spent. It certainly simplifies tax filing compared to manual calculations.
What's great about it: All sections were in plain English, not legalese
