I love Turbo Tax Basic

I've been using Turbo Tax since you first offered a tax preparer solution, first with accountants, and for the last many, many years for myself and my family. Don't EVER CHANGE!!!

Turbo Tax Needs to give answers that are real. An example might be the life changes question at the end of this survey, there is no way to tell the system you are retired.

Inexpensive and works well

Had several problems this year with Turbo Tax, I've been using Turbo tax for more than ten years and this was the first time I had to call for help.
The people at the help desk were very informed and although they couldn't solve my problems, they tried. I spoke to someone named Richard and he was excellent. He identified I had an incomplete download of a Windows 10 update and walked me through the steps to correct. THANK YOU!
One problem that I could not get around downloading my bank information which I had to enter manually. I think the link for Wells Fargo was not correct. I kept getting a could not connect popup but I could download the Wells Fargo Investment data. I hope they recognized this and fixed it.

This year was very difficult with all the information from last year requested. Since Turbo tax did my taxes last year, it would be nice if you could manage to save some of this information. Instead I have dig it up, additionally, there is no help with your service. So I will not be recommending you to anyone.

Easier to use than last year! The final "check" on accuracy was much easier to understand what the errors were than it has ever been.
