The federal basic turbo tax system seems to work pretty well; however, the California State one, while doing what it probably should is not as clean AND way expensive. After paying the extra for it then one must pay even more to e-file and even more yet if you want to reduce paper work by paying that via bank transfer like for the taxes. What a greedy bunch.

It's Still My Go To

I've been using this since 1996. Maybe before, but it's been my "Go-To" program. That being said with all the updates and capabilities, why can't it upload W-2's from a PDF?
Especially if they are saved that way. If past pdf tax files can be uploaded to pull in for creating the file for current year, why not W-2's? or any document as far as that goes
Otherwise... like I said, It's my go to. It's easy to use. What's keeping it from 5 Star? Updates take too long and importing PDF's.
Otherwise It's what I have my family use.
