Fast, efficient, easy to understand

Turbo Tax Fine till this year!

I have used Turbo Tax probably since the year it came out! I have never had a real problem with it until this year. My daughters and my husbands and my federal taxes transmitted fine but our state taxes will not transmit! It is a loop that says you need to update before you can send, the update says it is all up to date hit transmit again and we are back to 'you must update' over and over! Of course we had to pay $24.99 each and OF COURSE the money cam out of our bank accounts instantly. Im going to try and call when I have an hour to sit on hold! Not to happy this year

Even at age 78, I can do the taxes for all my family members, saving us loads of money that we don't have to pay to a tax preparer.

What Changed in a Year?

Last year I did my taxes and wound up paying extra. I received a refund from the IRS a few months later. This year I used Turbo Tax and wound-up with a tax bill of over one thousand dollars. I actually have less income than last year and am clueless as to why my tax bill changed.
