Good but annoying

The most annoying part is that I can't paste strong passwords in to download forms. They must fix this. Second, they prompt me many times to buy the state software and my state has not income tax! SO DUMB! This year the software only made $41 difference over my personal deduction, so it really didn't save me anything (the software cost $39.99). This might be my last year (after using it for years).
What's great about it: Covers everything
What's not so great: Can't paste passwords, badgers for things I don't need

Felt that it was easy and simple. Also happy that there was an answer to any question I had.
What's great about it: cheaper than having someone do it for you

Easy Process

I've been using Intuit Turbotax for a number of years. It's fast, accurate, and the walk thrus leave no stone unturned! Recommend this product to anyone who does their own taxes.

Once Again Perfect!!

Clear directions- Easy to follow the steps from start to finish!
Clear language- Wording isn't too technical, accountant speak
High level explanations- The extra window explanations are very helpful
Have used this product successfully for many many years. this year i had to add a state income filing. Like the federal one it went smoothly!!!

Turbo tax allows you to choose the level of support you need to complete the return. This saves a lot time for someone who has a fairly simple return, but you can opt for a step by step process for more complicated situations.
What's great about it: Very flexible
What's not so great: A little pricey
