hate turbo tax

I have been using turbo tax for probably 20 years, I started with it on microsoft, then to apple. ever sence it has gotten worse every year. This last version was so bad I had to spend hours on the phone to get it to work. I will never use turbo tax again nor would I recommend it to anyone. Your techs were great, they were the best, too bad your program doesn't mirror their performance.
