can not get a simple answer

tried to find AGI and was told to contact IRS. On web site it explains how to do it, but when I logged in could not do it. Also, you can not e-file from the state of Florida

not happy this year

we could not file electronically because the ID PIN issued by IRS is six digits long and Turbo tax only accepts 5 digits.
