As usual, I got my taxes done in a couple of hours -- with no pain. Just wished that the program would recognize that a retired person doesn't have an employer ZIP code.

I have used this product for years, and it has always been fairly easy to use, it helps you through some challenging forms, and the help is usually very useful. The step by step method helps you make sure you don't miss anything.

Normally I love turbo tax, but...

I have used Turbo Tax for years and it is usually fantastic! And, overall, this year was the same. However, under federal taxes, wages & income, there is a "Did you take a 2016 Qualified Disaster Distribution". I answered "No." The next screen asked, "Did you Repay Any 2016 Hurricane Distribution in 2019." If you don't fill in the boxes you get recycled back to the "Did you take a 2016, etc., question. If you fill in with zeros and continue, You get "Tell Us More About this Retirement Plan Distribution" and RMD questions. And, so on. It took two of us to figure out to just ignore this and not fill in the repay any questions. We both have advance degrees and spent way too much time on this section trying to be correct and honest. This is a disappointing glitch in an otherwise great product.
