Almost at 100%

I really like TurboTax, have used it for years and years but the past few years have been a bit stressful since the app does not jive with the CD/downloaded version. The app does not have all the bells and whistles that even the basic program does, so it's frustrating that you start on the app, and have to redo everything when you can't continue for one reason or another. Or if I use a different email address, it doesn't seem to be able to find or even look for, the previous returns. Maybe connect the previous and/or current returns vis social security number vs. email address?
Will I continue to use TurboTax? Yep. Will I continue to tell everyone else to use it and how easy it really was? Yep. Just looking forward to having all the parts jive.
What's great about it: Ease, they do the work,
What's not so great: Not as idiot proof as it use to be

Property tax dedcuction entered twice: once as a home office and once as a Sched A. Hard to find where the error was coming from and to correct.
Penalties & interest were calculated but no worksheet showing how they were computed.
What's great about it: Good navigation, easy to move between income and deductions
What's not so great: Confusing allocations of expenses; difficult to find items previously entered

Used the Basic version, ease of use was beyond reproach. Explained questions asked very nicely.

I've been using TurboTax now for a very long time. The program is so helpful and walks us through all the steps that can be confusing (at times). It's program is very easy to understand and, if not, there are helpful hints along the way. Thank you for such a wonderful product in this confusing world!
What's great about it: Extremely helpful in finding all my deductions!
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Product Year after Year

Turbo Tax is a user friendly program to assist many with their taxes. This year there were a few areas in deductions that were harder to understand what they were asking for.
What's great about it: User Friendly, Great Guides and tools
What's not so great: Harder to use this year
