Easy to follow and fast

The only issue I had at 1st was waiting for updates as the windows was updating at the same time. Once all was loaded it was step by step and easy to understand. Quick and answered any questions I had with the help or more information buttons.

A few issues

The software failed to load all of the 2018 data. It did load the personal information correctly. But almost all of the 2018 financial information did not come over. I checked the 2018 file and it is correct. The 2018 icon is still on my computer.
I also entered 3 1098s totaling 11,462 in interest expense. The summary showed 20,000 and advised me to itemize. I knew that was wrong and I deleted the 1098s and filed correctly with the standard deduction. But interest expense went up. That should not happen
