Turbo Tax 2019 was a bit confusing at first, (even tho I have used Turbo Tax the past 3 years) - but all worked out well. I am pleased that I get a refund (which I did not expect) and thank you for all the information.

Saves Me from Brain Damage

I like how easy it is to maneuver in the app. I gave it 4 stars for a couple reasons. I do wish that prior year info was more fully displayed while working on the return. Second, I switched computers and I could not for the life of me figure out how to do my taxes for this year on my new PC. Just couldn't wrap my head around it.

It was fast and easy, however when a mistake is made way there is no way to go back and correct the mistake without starting over, ugh

If it wasn't having to pay for the state tax, and the fee for direct deposit. I've used this program for a long time it seems the price keeps getting higher each year.
It's still the best out there, and I'll most likely use it next year.

easy to use

had a problem entering cap gains from brokerage.double entry.deleted one ok but couldn't get total right,showed double the amount of gain- ended up doing new file and worked ok
