Did not allow me to file e-file. Mistake in AGI. This seems to have been a flaw in last year's edition and was never corrected. Will never use Turbotax again.

User Friendly

Turbo Tax was fast and friendly. My son did Brad did Tracy's tax returns for him in previous years but he passed away this past August, 2019. So I thought I would download it and file for Tracy.

I have had extreme trouble filing my return. We used a Standard way of filing and it is not complex. However, when I wanted to purchase the state so I could efile it, I have had nothing but trouble!

THERE'S SOME BUGS

First time I use the basic version. The application bug in the middle of my eFiling process, have to start over two times. Other than that is always relatively easy to use and make your taxes.
