Watch the state file for double charge

I've used this system for years and this year they charged me initially to file my state return and then wanted to charge me again when I tried to efile. Never had this problem before and I guarantee you I wont again.

No REAL FREE in Turbo Tax

Tried using the FREE version. My return is very simple. Retirement income and interest income. After filling out the whole form Turbo Tax says you have to UPGRADE and pay $$$.
Basically a switch and bait tactic. At the end of the day I had to buy TurboTax Basic.

reset password multiple times..

I reset my password multiple times. Now I'm trying to finish my State taxes as a Guest and I'm getting a message that my payment didn't go through but I can't get back to the payment screen to enter another credit card! Not happy.
