Turbo Tas is great!

Very poor user experience

We got to the end of federal refund to discover that we did not qualify for the free product, which was fine. However, we could not continue on the web app. Instead, we had to pay to download the intuit software and import the federal tax return. Then, we had to pay extra for state. Then, we had to pay again to file. 3 seperate charges dispersed throughout the transaction on a software platform that looked super dated. Extremely disappointing and frankly, a little sleazy.

Fast and easy, and saves everything I need should it need to be accessed. I just wish the state filings were free as well.....
