SOME THINGS ARE NOT EXPLAINED

Example: An error was reported and I had to enter locality 1 or 2 or 3. Never did figure out what that meant. I guessed at one of them. Have no idea what they meant. there should have been an explanation of what the question was and its resolution. Duh....

It was easy using the TurboTax software, and I feel confident as ever in doing my taxes because they helped along the way with step by step instructions, or I could've went right through without the help.

Turbo Tax Basic

This year I did not need the deluxe version due to my simple tax situation. I opted to use the basic version. Still simple and easy to use. I had a question about a 1099int and was able to access help and get the answer right away.
