Wouldn't use any other Software

I have used TurboTax for the last 12 years at least. Our taxes are not complicated and we didn't need to use a professional tax expert to help us. TurboTax is especially user friendly and we get our refund very quickly even when we filed by mail.

Good Service, Fast and Easy

I love how easy it is to use TurboTax! I've been using it for around 5 years now and its been great with keeping records in one secure place. My only critique is that occasionally when I do hit a snag in the process it can be difficult to find the answers I'm looking for (just with the FAQ menus and the like) but I always have the option to call if I need to. Bravo on the W2 import though! My goodness does that save me time!
