Worked great again this year! I like that it brings in prior year info so I dont have to go hunt it down.
What's great about it: Let's me pick and choose what to work on when I want to work on it.
What's not so great: Nothing

Online versus download

painful

Some of the entry screens should be more intuitive for foreign income.
Foreign dividends should be in the list, eventually through help we found out we needed to complete a 1099 even though we didn't receive a 1099.
There are similar issues for other foreign amounts. Was unable to complete foreign tax credit without switching to Forms.

This was stressful at the end trying to file and it was the end of tax season. terrible. I could not get into my email not matter what I tried. system would not receive the email address (url)
