Love Turbo Tax

I've been using turbo tax for years and they have always been accurate and informative. Thanks to Turbo tax can do in my own home!! Have no children for reduction of taxes

I have bee using Turbo Tax in excess of 15 years. This year's version was well worth the price. See Y'all next year.

Painless filing

Turbo Tax is still the gold standard in income tax software!
What's great about it: The program allows users to take more than one approach. Bug-free, rock solid, user friendly software.
What's not so great: Some of the problems identified by review might have been explained better.

Nailed It Again!

Been using TT since 2002, Deluxe until 2 years ago when I retired, now Basic does it for me. Pretty complicated returns back when I was working (W-2 + Self Employed + 1099s, Home-owner, 401K, etc.), and TT Deluxe guided me through the IRS nightmare year after year (common English explanations for nuance legalese). Basic does it for me well now. Never audited - all records on my computer - saved me thousands of $$ in prep fees compared to what I was paying before I started using TT. E-File for the past several years. Tax filing is always snakey but TT helps take the bite out of it .
Think I'll do it again next year too...

Great Except for 1 Flaw

Had to go to Customer support from other users to learn how to make electronic filing be accepted. TT generated a Form 2210 that was unnecessary and blocked electronic filing.
What's great about it: Ease of preparation step by step
What's not so great: Generated unneeded Form 2210

Still the best tax software

Have used TT many times over the years and have always been very satisfied. I have also tried other tax software products and they were not as intuitive and easy to navigate. Turbo tax is the sweet spot between very expensive accountants (a service I have also utilized) and cheaper software that is laborious to navigate and do not have as many tools as Turbo Tax
What's great about it: Efficient; fast, easy, accurate, great price
What's not so great: none
