Lack of Timely Updates

For a basic question where I selected "No" it was still prompting as if I had said "Yes". I then did the updates again, and this time it fixed the bug. This should not be needed for a copy downloaded in March from a website.
What's great about it: Good guidance.
What's not so great: Updates late for obvious bugs

I have not prepared my own taxes in years, so was not prepared for all of the requests for info. However, there is no rush, so plenty of time to look things up. Next year should be much easier. Also, I am very literal. I entered too much information in a couple of places. All in all, easier than dragging tons of paperwork to a professional. Great product.

Overall, this years was the easiest yet to complete. I thought there were some questions that were asked that didn't seem to apply to my situation, but it worked out.
What's great about it: Exceptionally easy to folllow
What's not so great: A lot of questions seemed inappropriate

I have used turbo four years now, and there will be a fifth.

What's not so great: too many fees from refund, and to pay for state tax too.

Have been using for over 15 years

Have been a user for many years.
Have been audited twice, but never a Turbo tax problem. Once when an investment change in late March on capital gains ratio, and once when I got surprised with a tax bill for a college fund I rolled over--- my fault for reporting wrong. In both cases, Turbo Tax let my amend and file and I solved both problems expeditiously
What's great about it: gets it done right, by myself
What's not so great: Always been kinda slow

Decades of Reliability and Simplicity

I've used this program since the early 90's. It's consistently improved, easier than ever and extremely reliable. Couldn't be happier!
What's great about it: Easy, Simple and Accurate!
What's not so great: only one minor issue a couple years ago.. Quickly resolved.
