Fastest I've ever filed!

I've used Turbo Tax for six years and with only minor exceptions have found it reasonably easy to follow and complete.
What's great about it: Very thorough in all areas.
What's not so great: Unclear on what's needed for medical expenses

Disappointed in Turbotax 2019

After using Turbotax for many years, this is the first year I have not been able to efile my return. This will undoubtedly delay my refund.
Additionally, when attempting to acivate the "Advantage" process I was unable to do this on my existing Intuit account. This should have been a simple process as it involves additional future revenue for Intuit.
What's great about it: relatively straight forward for entry of data
What's not so great: efiling not supported for 8915b, attempt to acivate "advantage" in an existing Intuit account unavailabile

Easy & Fast

I opted for the downloaded version of TurboTax 2018 and ran through my taxes in just over an hour. I have also signed up for TurboTax Advantage and will be receiving the newest program each year for the next 3 years.
What's great about it: Guided trip through the required entries
What's not so great: None come to mind

Turbo Tax has made this the first year where I prepared my tax return, with no trauma about whether I have the right forms, filled out properly.
And I got a nice refund!

Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
