I LOVE TURBO TAX!!!!!!!!!!!

This was the first time I used Turbo Tax and the way it operates was easy, because it guided me step by step, it allowed for ability to review all forms deemed necessary, it gave me the better options, it gave me valuable information at every step that I could read for myself to be better informed. It made me more confident at each step along the way and I will be using Turbo Tax from now on!!!! I got the max refund going by the program!! Thank you Turbo Tax!!

Mileage deductions for charities and medical expenses were poorly done.
My IRA distribution was listed as a pension and annuity and I wasn't able to change it. I think it ends up being the same tax, but it was misclassified.

Awful filing this year

TurboTax was a nightmare this year. Previous years when I was unable to file for free tax return you would simply charge me, I would pay and move on with my day. This year, after entering in all of info - I was told I was ineligible to use 'inuit' - then I had to hunt to find Basic TurboTax, download it, reenter all my info (because also the PDF wouldn't carry over my info for the Basic download). It was awful, plus having to enter in 4 different 6 digit codes through out the process. Get it together - then having to enter in my CC info in 3 different places, congrats you still somehow found a way to sneak extra fees in.
