Easy to use, gives good helpful info.
Do not like additional costs for state returns. I paper file those because cost is too much.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

As advertised, easy step by step instructions. One improvement to point out, it would be nice to know if for sure the Bond Series I is an e-bond or a paper bond.

Online is terrible

Online is terrible and indicated I had to mail in my returns and I could not get any help. Had to spend more money and purchase download version which then worked properly. Next year I will use another company. Crazy to have to buy twice to get a proper filing
