This year the CD was a 2 hr nightmare to download

I've been using Turbo Tax since 2003 and this year it was the CD to download. It never did it automatically as it had in past years. Trying to follow the onliine instructions was no better. First, it would not recognize my ID and password. Twice it never sent the e-mail needed to reset it. I Tried to create a new account, but that didn't happen because it kept saying there was already an account associated with the email. Finally used a different e-mail and was able to set up an account. 2 1/2 hrs. later I could finally start my return.

Turbo Tax is fairly easy

Generally good, had some issues with step-by-step

Generally an easy process as always. Had a few areas of confusion this year: 1) confusion with charitable giving carryover not being eligible when taking standard deduction in the previous years 2) did not specify whether or not major purchases in the state needed to be year specific (again when taking standard deduction in prior years) and 3) lacked appropriate steps to ensure backdoor roth was non-taxable - had to search out the steps.

Too hard to navigate on the payment screen!!

This is the 3rd time that I have used Turbo Tax to efile and EVERY SINGLE time, after I get to the pay screen, it won't allow me to go any further. I HATE THAT PART!!!
