Very easy to use

Turbo tax was quick and easy. I felt comfortable going through the filing process.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Was asked to enter a 20 some what digit number for Huntington National Bank for their numeric ID. Called the bank. They don't use any lengthy ID numbers. The receptionist at the bank requested my ssn. I reluctantly gave her my ssn for a fictitious question. If Turbo Tax just wanted to make sure I was the person on the email account, that's what should have been asked. Otherwise, the program was good.
